Twenty One A is a superbly finished, 1st floor three bedroom apartment sleeping up to 6 guests, furnished and decorated to a very good 4* star standard in the southern coastal town of Lee on the Solent, Hampshire. The apartment is a stones throw from the beach in front of it's sister property Twenty Three - B in a Victorian galleried parade above local shops and conveniences including a hairdressers, convenience store, seaside café and fish and chip shop/restaurant.

The prices advertised on our website are for up to 6 guests over 3 bedrooms with the 2 main double bedrooms accommodating superior quality 5′ king size ‘zip and link’ double beds (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested), plus a 3rd bedroom with a pair of adult sized bunkbeds.
A child’s cot and highchair are also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding).
The bathroom has been recently refurbished to a high specification, fitted with a generous sized ‘P’ shaped bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.
The kitchen has also been recently refurnished and comes fitted with all essential mod cons including an electric double oven, separate integral fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The living room and kitchen are open plan and separated by a 6 seater breakfast bar and stools for dining with the living area boasting 2 leather reclining sofas, a large flat screen smart TV, sound bar and music speaker.
Large French doors lead onto the veranda looking over the street below and towards The Solent with pleasure boats, ferries, container and cruise ships constantly sailing past.
Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.

Bicycles & Bicycle Storage
Unfortunately Twenty One A does not have suitable bike storage, however it’s sister property Twenty Three B has a secure ground floor lobby which can store bikes, so if this is required please view Twenty Three B.
Prior to your stay we are happy to help arrange any activities you may wish to organise and answer any questions regarding the local area or things to possibly do.
The apartment is within a 1 min walk of Lee on Solent beach and promenade, a 5 min drive to Hill Head beach or a 10 min drive into Gosport which has Stokes Bay beach plus the marinas around the Portsmouth Harbour entrance.
If you are looking for possible catering options at the property we can recommend a company called Dine Indulge.
All our properties are located within residential areas so we do have neighbours whom we need to consider. If you feel you could comfortably monitor noise levels then we would love to have you stay and have had countless guests who have had a great time with us at our properties. If however you feel that it would not be possible to monitor noise levels, then we would have to recommend you consider something more rural, without neighbours.

The nearest train station to Twenty One is Fareham Train Station which is approximately 4.6 miles / 7.4 km (12 minute) drive.

If arriving in the UK, the closest international airports are Southampton (20 miles/32 km – a 25 min drive), London Heathrow (72 miles/116 km – a 1.2 hour drive) or London Gatwick (84 miles/135 km – a 1.4 hour drive).
There are 2 convenience stores nearby, a Tesco Express which is a 1 min walk from the apartment or a Co-Op within the High Street, a 2 min walk. The nearest large supermarket is Asda Fareham, PO14 1TT, (a 9 min drive)
Eating & Drinking
The apartment is only a 1-2 minute walk from the promenade and the High Street where you can find a couple of good Indian restaurants, a Turkish, an Italian and a couple of English restaurants, plus a number of cafes and other eateries.
Walking, Running & Cycling
There are a number of local walks and cycling tracks, plus Gosport and Portsmouth are also close by to the South Downs and the New Forest National Parks. Please view our Walking, Running and Cycling section.

Many major supermarkets now offer click & collect, or home delivery if booked in advance through their online shops. We are also in an Amazon Prime Now delivery area.
There are a number of local taxi firms; such as Andicars, Aqua Cars, Bridge Cars, Busters Cars, Cols Cars, Hardway Cabs, Streamline, Skyline, Solent Cabs as well as Uber.

Twenty One A has great facilities, everything you would need was here
It's very clean and tidy, the welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk and biscuits) was a nice gesture. Great area, seafront was lovely, nice food places and shops, plus we travelled around to other places. Wonderful stay at Twenty One A
We had a wonderful stay at the apartment Twenty One A in Lee-on-Solent. We were very pleased with the nice holiday flat, it is so well situated, nicely decorated, very clean and simply a great place to stay in Lee. We were surprised there was not a hint of smell from the fish & chip shop below (which by the way serves excellent food), nor was there any noise from elsewhere. Ken was flexible and kind, handing over the keys so easily, we really appreciated to be able to get in to the flat when it suited us best.
