Fantastic accommodation
Stayed at the coach house for two weeks in July. Honestly the best holiday in this country we have had. We are a family group of 8 made up of children, grandparents, etc. This house was perfect for all. Immaculately clean, amazingly comfortable beds. Lovely outside area with barbecue. Close to all the amenities and perfect location for catching the ferry to Portsmouth to the historic dockyard... Which is well worth several visits. You can catch the waterbus over from the submarine or explosion museum for free if you buy a ticket for all of the attractions. Great location for the shops, takeaways etc. Ray the owner was very helpful and welcoming. We booked through complete holiday homes website and the communication with them was prompt and brilliant. Little extras such as weekly clean throughout and bedding change and fresh towels, tea and coffee provided, dishwasher tablets and laundry products. Will definitely book again. Absolutely fantastic holiday property in a peaceful neighbourhood and dog friendly.

Coach House was a very pleasant place to stay
I would just like to say that the Coach House was a very pleasant place to stay, absolutely immaculate in every way, and as described, we tried to book again this week but unfortunately it was already booked, however we will endeavour to book again whilst working in Portsmouth, Thanks for a pleasant stay on behalf of CMP.

The Coach House was very nice and spacious and this was our second visit
Having four ensuites makes it suitable for families and groups of friends. We really enjoyed the Historic Dockyard in Portsmouth and also the crazy golf at Stokes Bay. The White Hart Pub only five minutes' walk away serves good food and the prices are very reasonable (especially if you qualify for the pensioners' deals) and we were impressed by their coronavirus precautions. Complete Holiday Homes were easy to deal with and very efficient and we would book with them again.

What a Fab House!
Ideal location within Gosport, short drive to everything or a longer walk if feeling up to it. We didn't however with young children but totally doable. We visited Portsmouth one day which was perfect on the ferry, cheap and a different way to travel. Especially on a sunny day! If you're wondering about the doing any of the Naval tours or trips I would 100% do it. We got the 3 visit pass it was amazing. We visited the Victory, Warrior and the Submarine and honestly they were awesome! I was a little unsure they would hold the interest of out 7 and 5 year old but they loved them. the HMS Victory especially with the interactive audio guides to get them keen to learn about our Naval History. The house itself was ideal with excellent and friendly communication. Loved the downstairs double bedroom and ensuite wet room in case you have guests with less mobility and unable to do the stairs. Overall a lovely stay, thank you for having us!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at The Coach House
We all had a fantastic holiday and loved the house. It was a well deserved stress free holiday. The house was well appointed and very clean, a real home away from home that had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Ken, our host was very helpful and on hand for any issues we had. We would not hesitate recommending your company to friends and family and would be happy to book with you again in the future.

We had a great family holiday in The Coach House
he house itself was extremely comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The area was handy for Portsmouth. We enjoyed a walk to the ferry and across to the Spinnaker. The children also enjoyed playing in Alver Valley Country Park and on the beach at Lee on Solent. We travelled as far as The Isle of Wight and Peppa Pig World. We would certainly consider booking with you again as I found everyone on your team helpful and supportive with speedy responses to any of my queries. Many thanks for everything.

A Beautiful holiday home
We had a great holiday! The Coach House is a really lovely place. Its spacious and we all felt very comfortable there. Lots of utensils etc for cooking. The area was nice and easy access to attractions. Lots of supermarkets near by and only a very short distance from the ferry to Portsmouth, and some lovely beaches. We took over this booking from a friend, and the team dealing with the transition were fab. Communication with Ken was great, and he was very friendly when he greeted us at the property. The cleaning lady was lovely too. We chatted with her just before we left and she recommended some places to visit before we made our way home. On the whole this has been a great experience, and enabled our family to make some lovely memories, so thank you very much!

Wonderful house close to amenities
We enjoyed our stay at The Coach House in Gosport immensely. Ken was very good and understanding of our predicament at Southampton Airport where our booked hire car did not materialise and we were left stranded. We eventually got a taxi and were 45 minutes later than planned. We had no issues with the booking process procedures etc . The Coach House was very clean and well presented and we particularly enjoyed the wonderful kitchen and open plan area. All in all a great stay.

We had a great time.
We stayed recently at Bury Villa and The Coach House for a family celebration. Everything in the build-up was arranged very quickly and efficiently and every time we had a query, we were very impressed by how it was clarified and dealt with. The facilities themselves were all good and we had a great time.

Fantastic house in a lovely location.
The Coach House is a fantastic house in a lovely location. The house is immaculate with everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. The owners own the Anglesey Hotel, we went there for a meal which was wonderful! We will visit again.

Nothing we could fault.
I must say we all had a very enjoyable Christmas break at the Coach House and there was nothing we could fault. As there was no one in the property before us we met at the Anglesey Hotel at 1pm, had a lovely toastie then we were given the keys so we were in the property by 2.30 which was great to unpack in the light. The landlord wasn’t sure if there were unbreakable glasses there for use in the hot tub so they found some and put them through the dishwasher for us. Arriving at the house we found all the Christmas lights on and the table laid beautifully which was so welcoming. The hot tub was already installed and because the landlord had popped over to make sure it was all set up they noticed the decking was slippy so had kindly put down extra mats like a path to the tub. Chris from Yellow Duck Tub was also brilliant as the temperature wasn't up to what he expected he brought over another pump but we didn’t need it in the end. He checked in to make sure all was ok and called at the end to ask if we had all had a good time. So also excellent service from Chris. The house was so comfortable and warm, plenty of everything in the kitchen, all we needed. House was also lovely and clean as one would expect but we have stayed at places not so clean so this was also great plus plenty of towels and loo rolls. The batteries in the remote were dead but we used the buttons on back of TV we then called the landlord and new ones were delivered. We had some lovely walks down to the marina and also along the beach front. All in all we had a lovely time at the Coach House and would recommend the property to others. 5*.

Above and beyond everything expected
Wow, what can I say the Coach House was above and beyond everything expected. There was plenty of space for a big crowd, we had 6 adults, 2 kids and 3 dogs in the house and never did we feel on top of one another. The kitchen was magnificent, the double ovens and hob made it easy to cook for a large group as well as having adequate utensils and pans (believe me, I've been to a few big houses and they don't always have the right sized pans). The house was clean and presentable. Beds were comfy with enough towels for a welcome stay. The fact every room was en-suite was just perfect, allowing couples to have their own space. The garden was the perfect size and secured meaning our dogs could have a good play whilst the humans enjoyed a drink in the sun on the garden furniture. I was able to check in with ease and we were given enough keys so that everyone could leave and do as they please. There was enough parking on the drive for 3-4 cars. The location was a 20min walk to the Ferry; which we hopped on a few times. Just a well connected, spacious home that was great value for money. We will be back again for sure!

Could not have been looked after better.
The Coach House was excellent accommodation, we had a small problem with plumbing but it was sorted immediately! Could not have been looked after better. We all had an enjoyable holiday.
