The apartment also benefits from being only a short walk from the harbour entrance, nearby marinas and the 4 minute ferry to Portsmouth and beyond.

The prices advertised on our website are for up to 4 guests over 2 bedrooms accommodating large 5ft king size zip and link double beds (which can convert to create 2 singles if required) with crisp white towels laid out on beds for the number of guests staying. An additional guest or two could be accommodated on either a fold out camp bed or bed cube with additional guests over 4 being charged at a rate of £50 per week/part week per head, or we charge £25 per set of extra linen requested.
A child’s cot and highchair are also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding).
Bathrooms
The main bathroom has a splendid roll top bath with shower over, toilet, wash hand basin and vinyl flooring and off the hallway is a modern shower room with corner shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well fitted with modern oak style units, practical laminate tiled flooring, modern worktops, a large range style cooker, dishwasher, microwave and all other essential mod cons etc.
Lounge
The large 1st floor south facing lounge has 3 picture windows overlooking the paved square in front of the town hall and library with 1 settee and 2 armchairs, plus additional seating, plus a large flat screen smart TV.
Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.

For Children
A child cot and highchair are available at no extra cost, plus The Georgian Apartment has the option of fitting 2 child gates to doorways, but unfortunately these cannot be fitted onto the Grade 2 listed staircase. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding).

Off road parking is available for 2 cars which is rare to find in the centre of town.

Waterside Location
This property is within a 5 minute walk of the harbour foreshore and the marinas around the harbour entrance, or a 7 minute drive to Stokes Bay Beach.

Neighbours
All our properties are located within residential areas so we do have neighbours whom we need to consider. If you feel you could comfortably monitor noise levels then we would love to have you stay and have had countless guests who have had a great time with us at our properties. If however you feel that it would not be possible to monitor noise levels, then we would have to recommend you consider something more rural, without neighbours.

Great stay at a perfect location
The apartment was lovely decorated and the location was very convenient, so close to shops, coffee shops, supermarkets, and the ferry to Portsmouth. Inside we found everything we needed and particularly I do appreciate having all the utensils you need to make a good meal in the kitchen. Regarding the condition it was spotless generally. It has been a great service. I will certainly consider staying again with you when I visit the area.

We had a lovely time in Gosport
We had a lovely time in Gosport and spent most of it on the beach. For me it was a good opportunity to spend time with my family, having recently lost my husband. It was good to be greeted personally by Ken at check-in and I also appreciate him walking us round the property and offering tips on the local area. I would have no hesitation recommending Complete Holiday Homes.

A great location
We have rented many holiday "cottages" and found Complete Holiday Homes most efficient. On arrival we were greeted by the owner and given a tour of the property. This was most unusual but very helpful. We found the property to be very pleasant and comfortable and enjoyed our fortnight's stay very much. On site parking was extremely useful. The location is excellent for visiting Portsmouth Historic Dockyard as you can walk to the ferry which takes you to the gate. There is a great deal to see both in the Dockyard and at other museums nearby which took us (OAPs) 7 days. We also visited 2 castles, 2 National Trust houses, an abbey and a cathedral before returning home for a rest!

Excellent accommodation
Our stay at the Georgian Apartment was excellent. The accommodation was very good, clean, well resourced, tastefully decorated and a very convenient location. Giovanna who met us on arrival was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was big enough so that when our family all got together for an evening, 13 of us, it didn't feel crowded. The Georgian Apartment was beautiful inside
It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip away. Rooms were extremely spacious and airy, and everywhere very clean. It had 2 off street parking spaces too, which was a bonus! The surrounding area was very accessible - especially all of the shops and restaurants just a short ferry ride away over in Portsmouth. We used the apartment to go and visit the Festival of Speed at Goodwood - which was only a 25 minute drive away. All in all very impressed and will use again next year.

We very much liked staying at the Georgian apartment. It was very convenient for most things and we definitely enjoyed catching the ferry over to Portsmouth. The flat was great. Very clean and tidy. It was fab to find somewhere that takes dogs.

Great apartment, very convenient location, very family friendly
We really enjoyed our stay at the Georgian Apartment. It was an ideal property for our family holiday, with four adults and a one-year-old. The Apartment is spacious and very tastefully decorated. The large table in the kitchen was great for family meals. The location is ideal for Portsmouth and the surrounding area as well as the Isle of Wight.

Georgian elegance for a wonderful family Christmas
We have had the most delightful stay in the Georgian Apartment in Gosport, Hampshire over the Christmas and New Year period. The whole experience from booking to leaving has been so easy with everything explained really well. The flat had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which is for us extremely important. Super shower too. The kitchen was very well stocked. Loved the location, especially over this busy family period when we didn't want to take long over food shopping. We thought late night noise from the High Street might be an issue, but it wasn't. Wonderful to have allocated car parking, without that we probably would not have booked this place. So no complaints at all.

Great apartment in central location
Apartment located in the centre of town with parking and convenient for everything. Very clean and spacious with everything you need. Owner was very helpful and guided us through all we needed to know. I would not consider anywhere else to stay in Gosport if this was available in future.

Superb quality accommodation in the centre of Gosport
We would like to thank you for all that you did to make our holiday as easy and enjoyable as possible. As for the Georgian Apartment it was wonderful! The quality of the furnishings was very high and complemented the age of the apartment. We were very comfortable there and for the first three days did not do much as we recovered from our long journey from the north of Scotland. Having all the shops so close meant that you did not need to go far to get all that you needed! We were returning to Portsmouth Royal dockyard to complete what we had started last September and being within a 5 minute walk of the Gosport ferry made visiting really easy. We also visited the Submarine Museum and the Explosion Museum of Naval Firepower both in Gosport and as we had a one year ticket to the Dockyard these were all included in the one ticket price. We would recommend this as the best and cheapest way of visiting all these places. We also took the opportunity to visit Fort Nelson on Portsdown Hill which is FREE and well worth the trip if only for the fantastic view over Portsmouth and the surrounding countryside. We went further afield to visit Petworth House, a 42 mile trip there and back. A National Trust property again well worth the trip. We will be returning to the Georgian Apartment again as we have friends in the area and this is so convenient to all that we want. Could not recommend this apartment more for anyone wishing to visit the area,as it is such a good base for visiting the area. Also during our stay the boiler broke down, which we do understand can happen, however with information in the Welcome Folder and cover with British Gas this problem was easily resolved at quick speed and the landlady and landlord could not have been more accommodating to resolve this. Once again can you convey our thanks to Giovanna for all that she did to make our visit so pleasurable and memorable!

A lovely and comfortable apartment
We stayed in this beautiful and spacious apartment for a week and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The location of the flat is great. It is convenient to get a ferry to Portsmouth harbour. We particularly enjoyed exploring the Boatyard, Gunwharf Quays and the Isle of Wight. Shops, supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance and the parks nearby is fantastic for our dogs to play and run around. The bedrooms are large, airing and quiet most of the time in the night. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything we need. The lounge is specious and so good for us to relax. The showers are powerful too. Our car is safely parked at the car park. As the ferry and railway is over the other side of the water, we haven't used our car for a week. So it is such a lovely and relaxing holiday we had. We are very pleased of finding this apartment. We will come back when we want to explore the surrounding area one day in the future.

Great central stay
We enjoyed a great week in Gosport; the apartment is on two floors - comfortable and well appointed, everything needed to make a home from home. The heating was great, soon warmed such a large space. The location is very central, the parking spaces are perfect - though watch out for the office workers parking next to your car, we had to climb in to our car from the opposite side on one occasion! The ferry to Portsmouth is a few minutes walk straight down the high street; Morrison's 3 minutes away, some good restaurants/take-aways within walking distance too. This is a good urban base to explore Gun Wharf and the historic dockyards, avoiding some of the more expensive apartments on the Portsmouth side.

Ideal location and property in Gosport
We were extremely pleased with the entire booking process, including the communications from Ken. We enjoyed our stay at The Georgian Apartment immensely. The property was spotless, well appointed (lovely decore) and in a great location! We could walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and the ferry to Portsmouth. The property included two parking spots which was an essential requirement for us. Giovanna (the landlady) was wonderful, she went above and beyond to meet us on short notice and provided excellent customer service! We definitely plan on staying again.

Wonderful stay in a superb location
Booking the Georgian Apartment online was easy and communication between Complete Holiday Homes and ourselves was excellent. We were met at the property by the landlady Giovanna, who was very welcoming and helpful and had done an exceptional job of turning the apartment around from the previous guest for us in a short period of time. The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived and is very well appointed and comfortable. It has everything you need for a short or extended stay and is very centrally located with Iceland, Morrisons, Aldi, Waitrose and Asda located within a 10 minute walk (Morrisons is less than 200 m away). The apartment is only a 5 min walk from the Gosport Ferry, which puts you in touch with the direct train to London Waterloo, London Gatwick airport and other key destinations. The ferry to Portsmouth Harbour (5 min journey) also puts you on the doorstep of the Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays retail precinct. I would recommend the Georgian Apartments to anyone visiting Gosport or Old Portsmouth/Southsea. The staff are superb and we will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay.

Pleasant stay in Gosport
The Georgian Apartment is a very spacious and well equipped apartment which is very comfortable for a stay in Gosport. The owner is also very helpful. It is well located for access to the Gosport Ferry where a short ferry crossing over to Portsmouth gives easy access to the Historic Dockyard, The Spinnaker Tower and the D-Day museum. We found the booking process very easy and the staff dealing with us were always very helpful when answering my queries. I would recommend this apartment to rent for a stay in this area.

Amazing place
If you book the Georgian Apartment Gosport Hampshire and fail to go WOW when you walk in then there something wrong. This apartment is fantastic in every way very spacious and clean and tidy also it has everything you can think of in it. The bedrooms are very big and the beds very comfortable. It has two bathrooms and very spacious. The whole apartment is painted and decorated to a very high standard. You are only a short walk to the supermarket Morrisons. Also a short walk into town We visit to Gosport was to see family and friends. Also a great touch is you get a tour around the apartment by the landlady on the day of arrival

Great location/dog friendly
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent break. The booking process was easy and I was able to have all my questions answered both on the apartment and on the local area. The Georgian Apartment was gorgeous, very roomy and bright. It was a great location being on the High Street and near a supermarket, pet shop, many takeaways and a small park. Ideal location to travel to Portsmouth for the museums too.

Die Wohnung liegt am ruhigen Ende der Fußgängerzone, sodass unzählige Geschäfte und Supermärkte fußläufig bequem zu erreichen sind. Jederzeit wieder. Translation - The apartment is very elegant and spacious. Our three children loved it from the first moment, as did we. The apartment is located at the quiet end of the pedestrian zone, so countless shops and supermarkets are within easy walking distance.

The apartment has everything you need
We enjoyed our stay at the Georgian Apartment. Booking has been easy with your company and we were always advised when we would next hear from you. The Apartment is easy to find as long as you know it's off Clarence Road. It can be confusing being as the High Street is pedestrianised. Lovely to be welcomed and shown around by Giovanna and any questions answered. The apartment has everything you need as well as onsite parking. It's not far to the ferry so easy to get to the Historic Dockyard, Cathedral and shopping centre. All in all a lovely break and we hope to be back sometime.

The facilities were exceptional
The apartment was amazing, the facilities were exceptional and felt like home. The rooms were great size and lounge and kitchen were perfect for our family. I loved the chairs on the landing of the bedrooms as after I got the kids to bed I could sit and read with a cuppa or glass of wine to chill. When we arrived they had set up a small Christmas tree for the kids to decorate which just made their day. I would stay here again.

A lovely apartment
Georgian Apartment is a lovely with everything a family could need for a short stay with their dog and car. The space and furnishings are super. Located in the centre of Gosport, it's close to amenities and everything that Gosport (and Portsmouth) have to offer. Splendid Apartment.
We had a wonderful time staying in the splendid Georgian apartment. To be honest, it was way too big for just us two adults and a small dog, but a bit of luxury has to be accepted sometimes. On our arrival, we were met by Giovanna the landlady. She showed us around and explained how the heating worked etc. She very thoughtfully made a welcome basket for us, with biscuits and goodies. It is a very clean and tastefully decorated apartment with nice, white, crisp bed linen and fluffy towels. Thank you all once again for making this happen for us.

Beautiful, warm and welcoming
Georgian Apartment was beautiful, warm and welcoming. A short walk from the ferry across to Portsmouth, an art gallery almost next door and Morrisons a hop skip and jump away so a perfect location especially with it's own parking spot. Had a brilliant stay despite the weather.
