Whitsun 1.5 is a modern two bedroom 4 star apartment with one double and one single bedroom, plus a large corner sofa bed within the lounge, sleeping up to 3 (+1) people, located within a short walking distance from Gosport town centre in Hampshire, close to all major transport links. The apartment is within a secure gated community, recently upgraded to a good 4 star quality, fully equipped for self catering with a light and airy feel, with one allocated parking space, plus plenty of nearby non restricted, non metered parking available.

The prices advertised on our website are for up to 3 guests in a superior quality king size ‘zip and link’ double bed to the main bedroom (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested), plus an additional single bed to the single bedroom, made up with crisp white cotton linen and fresh white towels. The lounge also has a large corner sofa bed which could accommodate 1 or 2 additional guests, if requested. Additional guests over 3 are charged at a rate of £50 per week/part week per head, or we charge £25 per set of extra linen requested.
A child’s cot and highchair are also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding).
The modern bathroom has recently been refitted with a new bath, shower over, toilet and wash hand basin, with all towelling provided.
The kitchen has also been recently refurbished and comes fitted with all essential mod cons and is fully equipped for self-catering with an electric hob and oven, washing machine and large upright fridge freezer.
The living room is open plan to the kitchen with a large corner sofa bed, circular glass table and 4 chairs, wall mounted Smart TV, Bluetooth Music Speaker and windows looking out over the allocated parking space and layby parking behind.
The apartment is within a safe and secure gated courtyard and benefits from secure bike storage if required, with one allocated parking space and plenty of non restricted, non-metered car parking close to hand. The apartment is a 5 -10 minute walk into town where at the end of the High Street on the harbour entrance you will find the ferry that will take you to Portsmouth and beyond.
