A lovely semi-detached 1 bedroom house within Fleet, Hampshire, a few minutes’ walk from Fleet’s main shopping area with it’s shops, pubs and restaurants and 0.8 miles from it’s train station. The property sleeps 2 guests in a 6ft super-king double bed, plus additional visitors if requested on 2 blow up air beds and is spacious, light and airy, with ample off road parking.

Rooms

A lovely 1 bedroom semi-detached house sleeping up to 2 guests in a superior quality 6ft super-king double bed, made up with crisp white cotton linen and fresh white towels. There is also 2 blow up beds available, if required and requested.

Bathrooms

The high spec shower room is fitted with a large corner shower, toilet and twin ‘his and hers’ wash hand basins with all towelling provided.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fitted with all essential mod cons and is fully equipped for self catering with a electric induction hob and oven, washing/dryer, dishwasher, upright fridge freezer, microwave and breakfast bar with 2 stools.

Living room

The lounge/diner is open plan to the kitchen with a large leather corner sofa, dining table and chairs to seat 6 and a large 46″ Smart TV.

Other

The property is also fitted with Air-Con with wall mounted units within both the lounge and bedroom to allow comfortable all year round temperatures.

Outdoor spaces

The front garden is laid with practical all weather artificial grass to allow access out to the garden on dry or damp days, plus off road parking for 2-3 small to medium sized cars, which is a great added bonus.

Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue. All bookings are subject to Owners’ Discretion. Our star system is based on current English standards

For Children

A child cot and highchair are available at no extra cost, plus Pebble Cottage also has the option of fitting child gates top and bottom of the stairs. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding).

Neighbours

All our properties are located within residential areas so we do have neighbours whom we need to consider. If you feel you could comfortably monitor noise levels (in particular out in the gardens and outside areas into the evenings) then we would love to have you stay and have had countless gatherings who have had a great time with us at our properties. If however you feel that it would not be possible to monitor noise levels, then we would have to recommend you consider something more rural, without neighbours.

Many major supermarkets now offer click & collect, or home delivery if booked in advance through their online shops. We are also in an Amazon Prime Now delivery area.

FAQs

Check in times are between 4 - 6pm (unless agreed otherwise) with checkout by 10am on day of departure. If an early check in or late departure time is required then we will do what we can to help, however if this is vital for your plans we recommend guests book the extra night.
Bedding, linen and bathroom towels are provided for the number of guests booked to stay. The above is part of our environmental and sustainability program, which is designed to reduce waste, with all our properties provided with washing machines for your use if required, plus you are welcome to bring additional bedding/towels if you wish.
Additional mid-term cleaning services are also available at the cost of £20 per hour, per cleaner, and you can request how long and how often you may possibly like one to attend. This can include a general clean of the kitchen, bathrooms and vacuuming and we would suggest a guide of 2 hours for this task. Please contact us if required.
We are understandably sensitive about what surfaces items such as balloons and banners are fixed or stuck to so would be happy to put these up for you to limit any possible damage, but would not wish to take on the responsibility of choosing and purchasing these items for you in case we did not get it quite right. However, if you wished to mail the items you would like us to put up for you please contact us at least 10 days prior to your arrival for the postal details and we will endeavour to have these put up where possible, in time for your arrival.
