Casa Branco is a light, spacious, modern and airy ground floor apartment sleeping 4 (+2) guests in the superbly maintained Portuguese village styled Clube Albufeira complex, set within lush and mature landscaped gardens with 4 beautiful swimming pools. The complex is only a short distance from the charming Old Town of Albufeira built up around the Fisherman's Beach, plus stretches of other long golden sandy beaches which make The Algarve so renowned and desirable.

The prices advertised on our website for are for up to 4 guests with the master bedroom accommodating a 5ft king size double bed and an adjoining en suite, dressing area, ample wardrobe space and French doors leading onto the sunny south facing patio garden. The spacious 2nd bedroom has twin beds and a fold up Z-bed if required, plus the lounge boasts a single sofa bed, if needed. Additional guests over 4 are charged at a rate of £50 per week/part week per head, or we charge £25 per set of extra linen requested.
A child’s cot and highchair are also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding).
The modern main bathroom is situated off the hallway with a bath, shower, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet. The en-suite off the master bedroom contains a similar bath, shower, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet.
The kitchen is modern and well fitted with marble worktops and all essential mod cons including dishwasher etc. and the separate utility room houses the washing machine, ironing board etc.
The lounge/dining area also has French doors onto the patio and has comfortable seating for 6, dining for 6, a sofa bed, window seating, open log fire, flat screen TV/DVD and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The patio/terrace has padded sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol and is surrounded by beautiful mature landscaped gardens and is not overlooked. Within the grounds there are superbly maintained grassed areas to sunbathe, picnic or for children to play with 4 snack bar/restaurants situated around the pool areas serving hot + cold snacks and drinks during the day and local, European and ‘A la Carte’ dishes during the evening. Into town and especially around the main square there is a wide choice of cafes, bars and restaurants to cater for most tastes and budgets.
The apartment was newly built in 2006 within an already highly successful, safe and secure complex which has a spacious village feel maintaining traditional Portuguese flavour. The Algarve is beautiful, friendly and the weather remains good nearly all the year through, still around the 15 degree mark in the winter. The complex is ideal being close enough to town and all its amenities but being just on the outskirts is far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.
Situated on the ground floor to the quiet rear of the complex the apartment is a few minutes walk from the 24 hour main reception which has further internet and office facilities and it’s own ATM cash machine. (There are plenty of further ATM’s and banks in town). The complex has some walkways and paths that do have fair inclines and may not be fully suitable for those with walking difficulties.
Set amongst beautiful, clean and well maintained grounds the apartment is a lovely place to stay or use as a base to then discover the rest of The Algarve or whatever is your preference.
Things to do
If you want to do more than just relax there is plenty to do locally and you may wish to visit the acclaimed Zoo Marine or the Water Parks, Modern Marina, etc, or try your hand at Local Big Game Fishing, Sailing, Water Sports, Paragliding, Scuba Diving, Boat Excursions, Horse Riding, Caving, Jeep Safaris, Quad Bike Treks, Bicycle Touring, Hiking, Cycling, Museums, Churches, etc and most can be organised at reception.
If shopping is of interest then the Old Town has daily market stalls or you may wish to visit the large Algarve Shopping Complex which is an approximate 5 min drive with a cinema, bowling alley and a host of designer shops and retail outlets.
The Old Town is charming with its cobbled side streets, bustling centre square, daily market stalls, evening entertainers, cafes, bars and fine restaurants right alongside the beautiful sandy Fishermans Beach. In addition the adjacent beach area of Priara d’Oura and the lively Montechoro strip offer thriving nightlife, cafes, bars, shops and restaurants to cater for all.
The resort is central to nearly 30 golf courses, many championship quality and reputed to be some of the finest in Europe all within an approximate 5-30 minute drive including the well known courses at Vilamoura, Vila sol, Vale Do Lobo, Quinta Do Lago, Salgados, Penina, Boa Vista, Pinhal Do Concelho, Vale Do Milho, Vale Do Pinta, Pinhal, Palmares, Pinheiros Altos, Ria Formosa, Gramacho, Lagos, Balaia, Sao Lourenco etc.

Lovely Apartment, home from home – highly recommended
This was our third stay at this wonderful apartment in Clube Albufeira. The apartment is spacious, homely and has every comfort you could wish for, its a real home from home and as usual was immaculately presented on arrival. We are incredibly lazy whilst on holiday so spent every day relaxing on the sun trap patio. The apartment is in a great location within the complex, near to two pools and the blue restaurant, but is very peaceful if you just want to sit and read and relax. The old town is an easy 25 minute stroll, the path into town (over the footbridge) has been a work in progress over the years (the start of it was a dirt track when we first stayed), it is now all finished, so the stroll to town is easier than ever. Endless choice of restaurants / bars in the old town to suit all budgets / tastes. The property was really clean, it's got all your home comforts and everything you need for self catering. The grounds around the property are really beautiful and well maintained. The booking and information received from Complete Holiday Homes was great. Emails and queries were responded to promptly and we felt well informed at all times. The property is excellently located within Clube Albufeira, in a quieter part which was great for us with two young children. The apartment was well set up and kitchen was fully equipped. We had plenty of towels and bedding, and the AC was excellent. There was a cupboard with lots of toys for the kids to borrow and there was even a parasol which was essential for our trip to slide and splash. The site with the pools and bars were brilliant and there was a good play area and volleyball/basketball court. It was clean and staff were very friendly. The beach is about 2.5km away and is excellent, lovely soft sand and lots of water sports. We tended to go into the old town in the evening which has a huge variety of restaurants. There are lots of market stalls selling locally made crafts. The town square has entertainment in the evenings ranging from local singing and dancing to a puppet show.
