A 3 bedroomed pet friendly self-catering holiday cottage located within Newton Valence, Alton, Hampshire. Lovingly named after a nearby field boasting a spacious ground floor sitting room and ground floor bedroom. This particular cottage sleeps 6 however can be hired alongside its adjacent 1 bedroomed cottage Whitedown to become one larger property that sleeps 8.

Rooms

Pleasure Row will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests within 3 generous sized bedrooms over 2 floors. The ground floor living area is open plan to the living, dining and kitchen areas, ideal for social interaction, plus benefits from a twin bedroom to the ground floor (which can be configured as a double by pushing the beds together, if requested), located next to the family bathroom. This could allow those who do not wish to tackle the stairs to remain on the ground floor, with large sliding doors allowing level access onto the shared external patio area.

On the first floor is another twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, plus a king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

This property is also pet friendly for up to 2 well behaved small to medium sized four legged friends and come complete with complimentary super-fast fibre broadband Wi-Fi at 300 mbps for your work or social needs, complete with all essential mod cons for self catering.

This cottage can also be rented with Whitedown, an adjacent 1 bedroom cottage accessed through inter-connecting fire doors, to allow up to 8 guests over 4 bedrooms – please contact us to book this configuration.

Child cots and highchairs are also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding).

Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.

For your comfort

Linen & Towels

All bedding and towelling is provided and a complimentary linen and towel change is carried out for stays of 10 nights and over, with a mid term maid cleaning service available on request. Please select here for a complete list of linens and towels supplied.

For Pets

We warmly welcome up to 2 small to medium sized well behaved four legged friends at Pleasure Row at an additional cost of £25 each per dog, per week/part week. (However, to be fair to our neighbours no continuous barkers please).

For Children

One child cot and highchair is available at no extra cost, plus Pleasure Row also has the option of fitting child gates top and bottom of the stairs. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding).

Smoking Rules

For the comfort of others smoking is not permitted within our properties so please refrain from smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted within the outside communal patio area only.

Neighbours

All our properties are located within residential areas so we do have neighbours whom we need to consider. If you feel you could comfortably monitor noise levels (in particular out in the gardens and outside areas into the evenings) then we would love to have you stay and have had countless gatherings who have had a great time with us at our properties. If however you feel that it would not be possible to monitor noise levels, then we would have to recommend you consider something without neighbours.

FAQs

Check in times are between 4 - 6pm (unless agreed otherwise) with checkout by 10am on day of departure. If an early check in or late departure time is required then we will do what we can to help, however if this is vital for your plans we recommend guests book the extra night.
Bedding, linen and bathroom towels are provided for the number of guests booked to stay with a complimentary linen and towel change carried out for stays of 10 nights and over. Additional bedding is available if required at the cost of £25 per set to include 2 medium sized bath towels. If additional towels over those provided are requested these can also be supplied at a cost of £1 per hand towel and £2 per medium sized bath towel. The above is part of our environmental and sustainability program, which is designed to reduce waste, with all our properties provided with washing machines for your use if required, plus you are welcome to bring additional bedding/towels if you wish. An additional mid term maid cleaning service is also available and please contact us if required.
